Maintenance Tech II Otterbein SeniorLife - 3.1 Toledo, OH Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Overview Are you looking to be part of a great Maintenance Team? Otterbein is adding a Full-Time Maintenance Technician I I to our team - 32 hours per week! Candidates with experience and a desire to be part of a great team are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. Assists with moving of residents' furnishings as needed. Paints residents' living quarters as needed. Assists with the on-going preventative maintenance program of cleaning, repairing and operating equipment, which minimizes abnormal equipment failure. Assists with maintaining documentation of fire safety evacuation plan, fire drills, disaster plan, smoking policy, fire alarm testing, fire extinguisher maintenance and testing reports, generator testing logs, water temperatures, flame spread ratings of interior finishes, and other maintenance records. Assists with transportation tasks as needed Maintains a comfortable, safe and secure environment for the residents, their families, visitors and partners.
Qualifications Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Licensure/Certification :
Must have a valid Ohio driver's license and be insurable
Experience:
