Job Description We have multiple openings in Twinsburg Ohio for Equipment Maintenance Technicians responsible for assuring that equipment is fully operational to support the production of Rockwell Automation products through the installation, maintenance, and repair of Electronic Assembly equipment.

A

• 1st shift 5:30am-3:30pm Mon-Thursday OT as needed B
• 2nd shift 3:30pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday OT as needed B
• 2nd shift
• Monday-Wednesday, every other Thursday 6:45pm-7:00am C
• Electronic Assembly
• 6:45am-7:00pm every other Thursday and Friday-Sunday D
• Shift
• 6:45pm-7:00am every other Thursday and Friday-Sunday This position is part of a job family.

Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation. Techs will get 15% shift premium on C Shift and 20% shift premium on D Shift In this role you will perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuild manufacturing equipment. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.

Your Responsibilities:

Adhere to Rockwell Automation Safety Standards and Policies and perform work in a safe and professional manner. Resolve production disruptions and repair machine breakdowns to return production equipment to produce to production standards. Perform required maintenance (preventive and repair) on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic production equipment. Identify and resolve machine and process issues relating to downtime, scrap and performance. Read and interpret electrical schematics and machine prints to aid in machine troubleshooting and repair. You Might Also Have:

Associates degree in Electromechanical Technology / Industrial Maintenance or comparable experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance field is desired. 1-year experience in electrical/pneumatic equipment repair or related experience required. Knowledge of use of basic hand and power tools. Basic reading, writing and computer literacy
