Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, where your expertise will keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently! In this energized role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Your technical skills and proactive approach will ensure minimal downtime, optimize equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electricians' tools like ammeters and ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments to diagnose problems accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and equipment history. Conduct repairs involving welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), HVAC/R systems, low voltage electrical components, and high voltage systems safely and efficiently. Use field service techniques to support manufacturing operations during scheduled downtimes or emergency breakdowns. Assist with the setup and operation of equipment such as scissor lifts and other industrial machinery to facilitate maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and overall equipment reliability. Qualifications Proven experience in an industrial mechanic or industrial electrician role within a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in hydraulics, welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), HVAC/R systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, CMMS software, and analysis tools for diagnostics. Ability to operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and use multimeters such as ammeters and ohmmeters for electrical testing. Experience working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems safely in accordance with industry standards. Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance tasks using precision measuring instruments accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward maintenance challenges. Effective communication skills in English; experience working in field service or customer service environments is a plus. Industrial mechanic experience complemented by knowledge of HVAC/R systems or military technical training is highly desirable.
