system repair Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Do you have Property Maintenance Experience, and looking for an opportunity with a growing and loyal company? We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician for our apartment community preferably with HVAC Certification and experience, or if your willing to get certified. Our maintenance technicians are responsible for all aspects of maintenance of the property, including timely completion of all apartment make ready work, repairs and service requests. Maintenance Technicians must have the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail. Candidate should be responsible, reliable, hands on and committed. The ideal candidate will have great plumbing and electrical skills, ability to troubleshoot daily issues accurately. HVAC experience, good painting and sanding skills, and attention to detail. Candidate should posses experience with plumbing and drain issues. Candidate should posses experience with electrical issues. Candidate should possess a good eye for drywall and paint repairs. Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and ensure excellent curb appeal at all times. Repairing move out and turnover repairs in the apartments. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Candidate must possess a high standard of work quality. Must be committed to maintaining a high level of customer service. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Work as part of a team.
