Brook Park, OH (travel required to Berea, Westlake, Elyria, Sheffield, and Akron) Direct hire opportunity with career growth and long-term stability Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician responsible for building maintenance and equipment upkeep across multiple facilities. This role is primarily based in Brook Park but requires travel between several locations to support operations. The position includes maintaining forklifts, locomotives, and packaging equipment while ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills and takes pride in maintaining high performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural) Maintain and repair equipment including forklifts, locomotives, and packaging machinery Travel between multiple facilities to support maintenance needs Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime Maintain accurate records and manage inventory of maintenance supplies

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in building and equipment maintenance Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with forklifts; locomotive maintenance experience preferred Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed S trong understanding of safety procedures and best practices
