Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Functions & Responsibilities Provide Dedicated Service to Residents Promote Positivity with Attitude & Team Player Mentality Complete Assigned Work Orders, Tasks & Scheduled Repairs Assist Coworkers when required with K&D Compactor Policy Conscious effort to monitor Property Expenses Maintain an Organized Property Parts Inventory & Storage Daily Boiler Room Checks & Log All Pressure and Temperatures Accurately Complete Information on Work Order Forms On-Call Rotation with Site Staff, Weekly Coverage + Incentive Plumbing Skill with Drains Change Air Filters, Clean Coils, Drain Pans & Condensate Drain Lines Ensure Common Areas are Clean & Free of Debris Reset Breakers & Replace Fuses Monitor Smoke Detectors & Fire Safety Systems Routinely Operate Snow Blower & Equipment as Needed Replace & Repair Tile Replace & Repair Electrical Outlets or Switches Replace & Repair Window Screens or Blinds Perform Simple Carpentry Troubleshoot & Repair Small Appliances Skills Carpentry Plumbing Electrical HVAC Drywall Repair Join our team today as a Maintenance Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success!
