  • 10:30 PM (subject to change) Position Summary Our Client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining optimal production performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with industrial systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School preferred 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Hands-on experience with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems Working knowledge of CMMS and preventive maintenance programs Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Conduct inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures before production impact Support equipment changeovers, calibration, and production adjustments Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation in CMMS Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency Follow all safety standards, including LOTO procedures and PPE compliance Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives TA01
