If you're passionate about automation, troubleshooting, and leadership, this is your opportunity to level up. 🔥 What You'll Do 👨‍🔧 Lead & Mentor a team of technicians—be the expert they rely on ⚙️ Install, maintain, and repair advanced automated packaging & distribution systems 🔍 Diagnose complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems ⚡ Troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems & PLCs like a pro 🔧 Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running at peak performance 🧠 Engineer real-world solutions to challenging reliability issues 🔩 Work on motors, conveyors, drives, and automation systems 🔥 Perform welding & fabrication for repairs and improvements 📈 Lead maintenance projects from start to finish 📝 Document work clearly for operational excellence & compliance 💡 Drive continuous improvement and innovation on the floor 🛠️ What You Bring ✅ Proven experience in industrial maintenance or automated environments ✅ Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems ✅ Experience with PLCs and control systems ✅ Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, and automation equipment ✅ Ability to lead, train, and support technicians ✅ Skilled in electrical maintenance (3-phase systems) ✅ Welding and fabrication experience ⭐ Bonus Points Experience with robotics, automation systems, or material handling equipment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42.65 - $42.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
