Shift What Matters Most Pay:
$25-$30/hr. based on experience
Schedule:
2nd and 3rd shift openings, including weekends as needed.
Location:
Greater Youngstown area | Direct hire opportunity with growth and stability. Job Description As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing production equipment to support efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including 110 VAC and 240/480 VAC 3-phase Adjust, fabricate, and repair parts using hand tools, welding/brazing equipment, and shop machinery Complete maintenance reports and collaborate with production teams Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous industrial maintenance experience required Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics, manuals, and safety documentation Experience with hand/power tools, diagnostics, welding, and machining Must pass background check and drug screening
