Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing molding machines and equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in good working conditions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on molding machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with machinery and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of molding machines and equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
