Garage Door Technician

```

Duties:

• Install doors, and other fixtures
• Read work ticket and priortize duties
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair door and openers
• Hang doors, ensuring proper fit and functionality
• Assist with heavy lifting as needed for project requirements
• Apply caulking to seal gaps and joints for a finished appearance

Requirements:

• Construction background, Knowledge of measuring and use of general hand tools
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair
• Experience in door hanging and ensuring proper fit and functionality is a plus but can teach on site
• Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as required for the job Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or requirements.
