In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, technical skills, and leadership abilities to support our operational excellence. Duties Attention to the overall curb appeal of the apartment community. and performing proactive measures to the required upkeep of the complex. Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, air conditioning units, plumbing , painting, swimming pool and overall general repairs as needed. Troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Assist with installation projects, including construction-related tasks and equipment setup, adhering to safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Coordinate with contractors during maintenance or repair projects to ensure timely completion. Follow safety protocols diligently at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance , hvac, plumbing, swimming pool repairs and mechanical maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and manuals accurately. Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance across various systems. Familiarity with construction processes and the ability to assist in installation or upgrade projects. Ability to follow directions and perform tasks as instructed. Leadership skills to guide team members or coordinate with contractors effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting complex issues.
