We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in quality work, teamwork, and resident satisfaction. What You'll Do Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry Assist with apartment turns/make-readies Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members What We're Looking For Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

HVAC/EPA
