$43,000 - $45,000, Yearly Job Description Redlands Community College is seeking a motivated and dependable Senior Facilities Systems Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and institutional building systems across campus facilities and residential housing. This position performs advanced multi-trade maintenance and is expected to assist with complex system troubleshooting while serving as a technical resource within the Physical Plant team. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, prioritizing changing operational needs, and supporting critical campus operations with minimal supervision. This is a full-time, 12-month position with excellent benefits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Troubleshoot and repair commercial building systems Assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagnostics Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs Support emergency maintenance response, including occasional on-call duties Coordinate with vendors and contractors on assigned projects Qualifications :
