3+ years experience Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Make Ready Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for work orders, preventative maintenance and unit turns. You must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance/make ready tasks such as painting, plumbing, HVAC repairs, and electrical fixes. Maintain pool chemicals in season.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. Requirements
• Strong maintenance knowledge to perform repairs as needed at tenant apartments and to complete unit turns in a timely manner.
• Ability to maintain a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Customer service-oriented mindset to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must have own tools.
