Reliable Property Management LLC is growing its contractor network — and we need skilled handyman who take pride in their work and show up when it matters. We partner with property managers, investors, banks, and preservation companies to maintain vacant, foreclosed, tenant-occupied, and rental residential properties across the country. You'll receive work orders assigned to your area — complete the job, document it, get paid. Simple as that. This is not a full-time employment position. All work is assigned on a per-contract / per-work-order basis. Scope of Work You are not required to perform every type of work listed below. Work orders will be assigned based on your skills, experience, available equipment, service coverage area, and work capacity.
