Job Description

Stevens Realty is currently seeking skilled and dependable professionals in the Lawton area for the following roles:
Maintenance Technician Electrician Responsibilities:
Complete maintenance and repair work orders Diagnose and fix electrical and general property issues Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Provide updates and submit photos upon job completion
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance or electrical work Must have own tools and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and responsiveness
Preferred:
Experience with residential/property management maintenance Ability to handle multiple work orders
Compensation:
Paid per job / project (rates discussed during onboarding)
Pay:
$25.31 - $30.48 per hour
Experience:
Property maintenance: 2 years (Required) Commercial electrician: 2 years (Required)
