About the Role As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in transforming outdoor environments into vibrant, well-kept spaces. By applying your expertise in horticulture and equipment operation, you will ensure that every property under your care reflects high standards of beauty and health. Responsibilities Execute landscape design plans to elevate the visual appeal and utility of diverse properties. Promote plant vitality through consistent care routines, including precision mowing, shrub trimming, and nutrient application. Operate professional-grade landscaping machinery and hand tools with a focus on efficiency and safety. Engage with clients to interpret their vision and offer professional horticultural advice to achieve desired outcomes. Maintain a pristine and hazard-free job site by strictly adhering to established safety and operational protocols. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in professional landscaping or groundskeeping. Proficiency in the safe operation of power tools and landscaping equipment. Physical capability to perform manual labor outdoors in various climate conditions. Strong work ethic with a keen eye for aesthetic detail. Preferred Skills Formal education or certifications in horticulture or landscape architecture. Advanced knowledge of regional plant species and soil management techniques. Proven ability to communicate effectively within a collaborative team environment.
