By applying your expertise in building systems and craftsmanship, you will ensure that every resident enjoys a safe, reliable, and well-maintained home environment. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to maintain optimal unit performance. Perform proactive facility inspections to identify potential hazards and address maintenance needs before they escalate. Deliver high-quality service by resolving resident maintenance requests with efficiency and technical precision. Streamline unit turnover processes by managing repairs, painting, and deep cleaning to prepare spaces for new occupants. Maintain detailed logs of service history and manage inventory levels to ensure project readiness. Uphold rigorous safety standards and building codes during all maintenance and renovation activities. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in residential maintenance or property repair. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to resident satisfaction. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Technical certification in a trade such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. Hands-on experience with drywall installation, framing, and finish carpentry. Knowledge of industrial and commercial painting techniques. Ability to interpret blueprints or technical manuals for complex repairs.
