Job Description

Maintenance Technician with CStar Management/Chisolm Trail Apartments, Miami Oklahoma Experience is preferred and you will be expected to work 40 hours per week and be on-call for emergencies. On-call bonus provided. This position comes with health, vision and dental insurance plus 401K matching after working for the company for 90 days. Get apartments made ready for next tenant to move in. Up-keep grounds and common areas General maintenance around the apartment complex. Experience in plumbing, hvac, electric and appliances is preferred.
Hours:
M-F 8:00-5:00.
