Experienced in hotel maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, facilities, and systems (including HVAC and electrical) Perform preventative maintenance Conduct regular inspections Coordinate maintenance staff Diagnose potential problems Assist guests with maintenance issues
Job Duties:
Your job duties as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer would include: Troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, facilities, and systems Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues Coordinate the maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Diagnose potential problems and implement solutions in a timely manner Assist guests with any maintenance issues they may encounter during their stay
