for Certified Maintenance Technicians! Do you have hands-on maintenance experience and certifications to back it up? We're looking for Certified Maintenance Technicians (EPA/HVAC required) who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. If you're reliable, skilled, and take pride in your work — we want you. Maintenance Job Duties Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance Light plumbing and electrical work Install and repair appliances Change/repair locks, fixtures, and light bulbs Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair

Groundskeeping:

pressure washing, breezeway cleanup, and general upkeep Maintenance Job Requirements

Certification

REQUIRED CPO
