Industrial Maintenance Technician 📍 Stillwater, OK | 💲 $30/hour | Multiple Shifts Available Job Overview Join a hands-on team where your skills directly impact production. As an Industrial Maintenance / PLC Technician, you'll keep equipment running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 🔩 What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment Work with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and controls Perform preventive and routine maintenance to reduce downtime Repair motors and industrial machinery Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams Safely work with high-voltage systems (LOTO required) Support equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements Use hand and power tools daily Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system repairs Utilize CMMS to track maintenance work ✅ What You Bring 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs & VFDs Ability to work with high-voltage equipment safely Experience repairing motors and production equipment Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints Proficient with hand & power tools ⭐ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) PLC programming experience Welding or fabrication skills CMMS experience Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, and motor controls Manufacturing or high-speed production experience 🌟 Why Join $30/hour competitive pay Stable, growing company Hands-on work with a variety of equipment Opportunity to grow your technical skills Multiple shift options available 🏭 Work Environment & Schedule Industrial, non-climate-controlled facility Fast-paced, hands-on work Strong focus on safety and teamwork  🕒 Available Shifts 1st
