We're looking for a hard‑working, self‑motivated Facility Maintenance Technician who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on whatever the day throws at them. You'll be the go‑to person for repairs, upkeep, and problem‑solving across multiple buildings — and you'll interact with employees daily to keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking sharp. Welding skills? Big plus. Electrical skills? Even better. A strong work ethic and pride in your craft? That's what matters most.
What You'll Be Doing Preventive Maintenance:
Build and carry out maintenance schedules that keep equipment running and prevent breakdowns before they happen
General Repairs:
Handle everyday fixes — carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, replacing bulbs, repairing fixtures, patching walls, and more
HVAC Support:
Keep an eye on building climate systems, troubleshoot issues, and swap filters as needed
Emergency Response:
Be the first call when something goes wrong — security issues, fire alarms, major maintenance problems
Vendor Coordination:
When a job needs outside help, you'll call in the pros and make sure the work gets done right and on time
Safety & Compliance:
Perform regular safety checks and ensure all buildings meet federal, state, and local codes What You Bring A strong work ethic and the drive to get things done without being micromanaged Experience with basic facility repairs — carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance Welding skills (a big bonus) Electrical knowledge (a plus) Willingness to travel between multiple buildings throughout the day Professional, friendly communication with employees while solving facility issues Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

The extraction, compression, processing, manufacturing, handling, packaging, storage, disposal, treatment or transport of potentially volatile, flammable, combustible materials, elements, chemicals or any other highly regulated component.
