This role exists to set quality standards, coach the team, and deliver consistent results across every job. Key responsibilities include leading and scheduling floor techs, inspecting completed work, training on proper methods and equipment use, and coordinating supplies and job readiness.
Required qualifications/skills:
Strong knowledge of stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to work evenings, nights/overnights, and weekends as needed Must pass background and drug test If youre ready to run a high-quality floor program and lead by example, apply today. As the shift moves, youll rotate between locations, spot-checking floors under real lighting, answering questions in the moment, and adjusting the plan when priorities change. Later, youll wrap up with quick notes on results, product usage, and any follow-ups needed so the next shift starts clean and organized.
