The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair. Duties Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in and around hotel Troubleshoot electrical issues Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments as needed. Oversee facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, boiler/chiller, lighting, and painting projects. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems. Hands-on knowledge Skilled in welding techniques and painting projects is a plus. Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting. Strong understanding of safety standards related to electrical work, machinery repair, and general facilities maintenance. Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation.
