• This position is located at our Independence facility located at 5500 E. Independence st. Tulsa, Oklahoma.
• _What Will You Do?_

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all plant equipment
• Performs troubleshooting, problem solving, and countermeasure activities on all production and facility equipment
• Performs mechanical maintenance with frequent electrical (480V, 208V, 120V, 24VDC) and controls-related troubleshooting
• Dismantles machines or equipment using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and repairs or replaces
• Completes daily maintenance paperwork for assigned Work Requests and Checklists
• Assists with installing conduit and wiring for new equipment installations
• Performs special duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/Manager

• REQUIREMENTS

• MUST

BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING

• Thorough understanding of maintenance troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing equipment
• Working knowledge of 480 Volt 3 phase power, logic controllers, motor starters and variable frequency drives
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and specifications
• Open scheduling availability

• _Your Experience Should Be..._

• Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Trade or Technical school a plus

• Minimum Experience:

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience 1+ years of experience with manufacturing machine repair, welding machine. Presses, etc. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment desirable Experience with troubleshooting PLC based control systems desired, but not required Strong background in electrical troubleshooting highly recommended Welding and fabrication skills

• Skills Required:

• Electrical background considered a plus
