Job Description

JJob description Growing Multifamily Apartment complex in Woodward, OK is seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents. We take pride in providing a welcoming living environment, and we are looking for a dedicated professional with expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
HVAC:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to optimize performance. Install and upgrade HVAC systems and components as necessary.
Plumbing:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality. Install new plumbing systems or components as needed.
Electrical:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems, including outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues. Install and upgrade electrical systems as required.
Carpentry:
Repair and maintain doors, windows, and other carpentry components. Perform basic carpentry work such as framing, drywall installation, taping and compound and cabinetry repairs. Ensure the structural integrity and safety of all carpentry elements within the complex.
General Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management. Assist with the upkeep of common areas and landscaping as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC maintenance. Must have EPA Section 608 Certification Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance tasks. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.
