In this energetic role, you will be the essential hands-on expert responsible for maintaining and repairing residential properties to ensure they remain safe, functional, and welcoming. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help create a positive living environment for residents while supporting the overall efficiency of our properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical, electrical, and maintenance expertise in a fast-paced setting that values leadership, customer service, and continuous improvement. Duties Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance and HVAC systems Conduct carpentry work, painting, and other handyman duties to address repair needs promptly Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking work orders Ensuring compliance with safety regulations Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident repair requests and communicating clearly about work progress. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential building repair with a strong mechanical knowledge base Strong communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and residents Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, working at heights, or in confined spaces as needed
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
