Full Job Description Now Hiring Senior Maintenance Technician Beaverton, OR Pay Rate:
$22.00
  • $25.00 per hour (1st Shift | 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 2:00 PM

What Fuels Success Here:
4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, or automated warehouse environments Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical systems Experience working with PLCs, automation systems, sensors, and controls Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable responding to urgent equipment breakdowns and production issues

What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, warehouse, and facility equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Maintain conveyors, automated material handling systems, and facility infrastructure Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Support motors, sensors, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, and electrical systems Lead critical repairs and provide guidance to junior maintenance team members as needed Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards Document repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance activities within CMMS systems Partner with operations and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability "I would highly recommend Staffmark to my family and friends."
