Maintenance Technician -Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care- A Brightwater Senior Living Community! Are you a skilled maintenance professional with a passion for serving seniors and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment ? Do you have experience in maintenance, and repairs ? If so, Mt. Bachelor Assited Living and Memory Care, a premier Brightwater community, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Why Join Us? As a Maintenance Technician , you'll ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of our community spaces, resident suites, and transportation services . What You'll Do (Maintenance Technician Duties) Perform routine and preventative maintenance on the building's exterior, interior, and grounds. Conduct inspections and complete repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and landscaping. Address maintenance concerns promptly to ensure the comfort and safety of residents. Assist residents with minor maintenance needs , such as furniture moving or hanging pictures. Ensure all community assets and equipment are properly maintained, stored, and inspected. Monitor and replenish supplies as needed for maintenance and housekeeping. Support emergency response procedures and adhere to safety protocols. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required . 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in areas like plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment , including power tools, floor cleaners, and landscaping tools. Strong communication and customer service skills —you enjoy working with seniors! Ability to work weekend shifts as needed.
