Job Description
Lava Ridge Property Management - Bend, Oregon Lava Ridge Property Management is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support our growing residential portfolio throughout Central Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality work and property appearance. Primary Responsibilities Complete general maintenance and repair tasks across residential properties Perform minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and basic repair work Assist with property turnovers, including repairs, touch-ups, and preparation Conduct property visits and respond to maintenance requests Coordinate with and assist third-party vendors when needed Maintain a high standard of property condition and curb appeal Communicate clearly with the office regarding work completed and issues identified Requirements Prior maintenance or construction experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Willingness to be GPS tracked during working hours for scheduling and accountability Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for emergency calls Previous experience in the property management industry Core set of your own tools.
