Job Description

Overview Are you a resourceful and proactive individual with a knack for fixing things and making spaces better? As a Handyman, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining, repairing, and improving residential or commercial properties. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs to keep properties in top condition Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants, property managers, or homeowners, prioritizing urgent issues Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades Use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively to complete various repair projects Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and materials needed for future reference Collaborate with team members or contractors on larger projects and ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Assist with minor remodeling or renovation projects to enhance property value and aesthetics Experience Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role with a strong understanding of building systems and repair techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance procedures Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills to accurately assess needs and explain repairs or maintenance procedures to clients or team members Valid driver's license preferred for transporting tools or materials as needed Join us if you're passionate about maintaining high standards of safety and quality while enjoying a hands-on role that keeps environments functional and welcoming. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
