Job Summary:

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have hands on experience, range of hand tools, and electrical operations experience for safety reasons.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in building operations or maintenance.
• Valid drivers license, access to a personal vehicle and auto insurance for emergency calls.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use and execute a preventative maintenance checklist and complete minor repair work orders such as replacing sheet rock, tiles, light bulbs, plumbing, landscaping, etc.
• Check electrical systems such as air conditioning PTAC units, television sets, lighting systems and makes minor repairs and/ or replacement.
• Making minor repairs to general plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipe lines, toilets and sinks, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Refurbishing furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, shower rods, chairs, doors, and windows. Paints and finishes furniture and fixtures in guest rooms, if needed.
• Timely response to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Lift 50 lbs or more if needed

WAGE:

$14.50 - 15.00 per hour depending on experience

HOURS:

Full time (40 hours a week) and Part time (20+ hours a week) are available.
