IMMEDIATE HIRE
for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at an apartment community in Eugene, OR NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!
Job Responsibilities:
Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances. Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes
EPA/HVAC
Certification is a PLUS! Ability to handle physical workload. Reliable means of transportation. Deadline and detail-oriented Must have personal hand tools and drill. Knowledge in HVAC | Electrical | Plumbing | Drywall | Painting | Appliance installation Repairs Career Strategies is an equal opportunity employer. #
