Reporting to a Maintenance Lead or Supervisor, a Diagnostic Technician is responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of our automated production machinery. In addition, they will work on various building systems, rolling stock, and other projects as assigned based on skill level. DUTIES ' Work under minimal to no supervision. ' Perform in-depth repairs, lead projects, and preventative maintenance tasks in a safe and professional manner. ' Ensure all work and procedures conform to world-class standards. ' Follow and enforce all HRIG policies and practices. ' Participate and lead team training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. ' Assist with the Maintenance Development Program and train other technicians. ' Utilizes CMMS to prioritize work orders and tasks for completion. ' Monitor work areas, examine tools, and inspect equipment to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules. ' Respond to breakdown calls and effectively repair equipment in a safe, professional, and timely manner. ' Record all relevant information on labor, equipment and parts into our CMMS. ' Communicate with management, engineering, quality control, and production to identify needs. ' Enforce and practice our Mission, Intent, and Values. GOALS Diagnostic Technicians will complete training courses in the following areas: General, Safety, Fabrication, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Diagnostics, and Department specific. With the completion of the Level 300 courses. Diagnostics Technicians will have an understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic concepts. They will continue to learn diagnostic skills, as well as PLC controls and operations. Diagnostic Technicians will be mentors to lower level technicians, answering questions, providing training, along with running projects and making recommendations to the Training Advisory Committee.REQUIREMENTS

' High school diploma or equivalent ' Must be at least 18 years of age ' Computer, math and tape measuring skills ' Ability to read, write, and communicate in English ' Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail ' Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment ' Manufacturing experience preferred ' Must be able to work overtime and weekends as requiredPhysical Ability:
