Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel machinery, equipment, and systems. Perform routine pool maintenance and repairs as needed. Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs in guest rooms. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities. Install / replace parts as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external guests and employees.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of prior facility maintenance experience with multiple rooms. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to perform minor electrical repairs. Welding experience is a plus. Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Leadership qualities and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
