Unit turns (light, standard, heavy) Interior painting Repairs & maintenance Property improvement projects Work order services Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and professionalism. You'll handle apartment turns, service requests, and general repairs across multifamily properties. Responsibilities Complete apartment unit turns efficiently and thoroughly Perform drywall repair, texture, and interior painting Install/repair doors, hardware, trim, cabinets Basic plumbing (faucets, toilets, disposals) Basic electrical (fixtures, switches, outlets) Appliance installs & minor repairs Complete work orders in a timely manner Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with property managers Qualifications 3+ years maintenance or construction experience preferred Experience in multifamily is a big plus Reliable transportation Own basic tools Ability to work independently Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license What We're Looking For
