Maintenance Technician

Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician at Rogue Valley Manor, lead our maintenance team in providing routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents and other departments to make sure operations run smoothly. Our residents and employees live and work alongside one another on a daily basis•what better way to grow relationships, build connections and ultimately feel like you're making an impact on someone's life every day. We anticipate this person to do 60% Maintenance work & 40% Painting We're a 365/24/7 business•so we're looking for someone with availability to independently work on ongoing projects, perform general inspections, help turn over residences, monitor building systems and handle resident requests even if they arise after normal business hours.

Work Schedules Available:

Sunday•Thursday•8am to 4:30pm
