Property Maintenance Technician - CR

Job description We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as an apartment maintenance technician. We are also searching for a maintenance tech supervisor. Must be able to work under specific time frame for completion of units and communicate status or completion of projects to the Manager and Portfolio Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance tech is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties that assure the preservation and upkeep of the buildings, fixtures, and resident spaces. The Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Tech is a key member of the customer service team and will need to exercise good customer care skills to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Must have Valid driver license Must have basic hand tools
