Role:
We're looking for an experienced Fence Technician with automatic gate experience to assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various fencing systems. This role is hands-on and customer-facing - ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading with professionalism, and producing quality craftsmanship.
Job Duties:
Communicate directly with customers and maintain a professional on-site presence Perform hands-on field labor and fence installations Plan and maintain an efficient weekly job schedule Install and repair multiple fence types, including ornamental, chain link, and wood Conduct site assessments, measure, and mark boundaries for installation Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and install materials Ensure alignment, stability, and finish quality on all completed work Perform maintenance and repair on existing fencing and gate systems
Requirements:
1-2 years of fencing or construction experience Proven automatic gate installation and repair experience Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Skilled with hand tools, saws, and general construction equipment Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Valid Drivers License #OC1952
