AccuAir HeatingCooling, a trusted locally owned business in Central Oregon, is looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. No prior HVAC experience is necessary - we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build a successful long-term career while delivering excellent service to our customers. What We Offer Competitive pay up to $25.00 per hour , based on experience Paid Sick Leave (accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours) Company vehicle, company phone, and uniforms provided Continuous training and mentorship from experienced technicians Opportunities for advancement as you develop your skills
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required) What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and service on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems Complete filter changes and basic maintenance tasks Assist senior technicians while learning refrigeration, electrical, and troubleshooting techniques Provide friendly, professional service to every customer Maintain clean and organized job sites What You Need High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to work independently and stay organized This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a great attitude who wants to start a hands-on trade career with a supportive local company.
