Qualifications:

No formal degree requirements. Basic skills in painting, drywall repair, pressure washing, and furniture moving. Ability to perform light maintenance tasks with attention to detail. Strong work ethic and reliability. Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving furniture. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Prior experience in maintenance or facilities support is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repairs. Conduct pressure washing to maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility. Assist with moving furniture and other setup or cleanup activities. Support the facilities team with general upkeep and minor repairs as needed.
