We're hiring a Facilities Cleaning & Light Maintenance Associate for a great opportunity in Tillamook County! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, variety throughout the day, and being part of a dependable maintenance team. This position supports general groundskeeping and facility upkeep for a busy production plant during peak season. Daily tasks include site clean-up, pressure washing, painting parking lot lines, and assisting with overall exterior maintenance. Previous experience is helpful but not required - we're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf blowing Clean and maintain grounds and public areas, including debris removal and power washing Assist with general site clean-up and seasonal maintenance projects Paint parking lot lines and support exterior facility upkeep Help with minor facility repairs and routine maintenance tasks Safely operate lawn equipment, pressure washers, and hand tools Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily assignments Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
