Job Summary:

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor and common areas. Duties include painting lines, power washing surfaces, and general site cleanup to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Paint field lines, curbs, or other designated areas as needed. Power wash sidewalks, building exteriors, and other surfaces. Perform general site cleanup, including trash pickup, debris removal, and basic upkeep. Assist with light landscaping and grounds maintenance. Help maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies. Report any hazards, damage, or maintenance needs to supervisors. Follow safety guidelines and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualities:

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently. Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
