Job Summary:

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for building and grounds maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and repair building and grounds 2. Perform routine inspections of building and grounds to check for and address maintenance issues 3. Perform painting, carpentry, masonry work and plumbing maintenance 4. Respond to headquarters office maintenance requests to help accommodate user needs using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies etc 5. Arrange and oversee subcontractor work

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist with Maintenance Supervisor's responsibilities. 2. Assist with Maintenance Technician's responsibilities. Other non-essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the company to achieve the primary purpose or other purposes.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Basic arithmetic. 3. Ability to read, follow instructions and interpret labels. 4. Valid OR driver's license in good standing. 5. Ability to speak, read, write in English. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. 6. Experience with siding, roofing, drywall, welding, fabricating, carpentry, plumbing, and landscaping

Physical Demands:

• 1. Regularly required to stand and walk 2. Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms 3. Must be capable of talk or hear and taste or smell 4. Occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. 6. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 7. Requires distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus,

Work Environment:

• 1. Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. 2. Occasionally exposed to a loud work environment. 3. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat and vibration.
