MUST HAVES

Authorization to work in the USA Availability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift 3 + years experience within a FMCG/high-volume manufacturing/Industrial Environment.

$37-$43/hr Stable, growing manufacturer Direct hire + full benefits (discussed at interview) Multiple shifts available Hands‑on, fast‑paced environment What You'll Do Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Work with AC/DC drives, conveyors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics Support continuous improvement and plant safety (OSHA + SQF) What You Bring 3-5+ years as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician Strong mechanical aptitude + ability to work on production machinery Experience with AC/DC voltage troubleshooting Knowledge of PLC controls Basic welding skills Ability to work overtime when needed Strong communication + problem‑solving skills Comfortable working on the plant floor and collaborating across departments About the Environment You'll be working in a high‑volume metal packaging / food manufacturing setting.
