We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our automotive dealership. This position is responsible for maintaining dealership facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on dealership facilities and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance issues. Maintain service department equipment, and facility systems. Conduct routine inspections and identify repair needs. Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are required. Assist with grounds maintenance, snow removal, and facility improvement projects. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Perform minor cosmetic repairs and facility improvements, including touch-up painting, patching walls, refinishing surfaces, and addressing areas of the dealership that require aesthetic enhancement to maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience required. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor. Valid driver's license required.
