Maintenance Technician

Our client, an AS9100 certified company, is in search of a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic/Technician! In this role, you'll help keep the facility, equipment, and machinery running safely and efficiently by performing both preventative maintenance and urgent repairs. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues Repair and maintain facility systems, machinery, and production equipment Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and complete repairs efficiently Assist with welding, fabrication, plumbing, and mechanical projects Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation Work both independently and as part of a team to support daily operations What We're Looking For 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience (required) Experience with welding/fabrication, plumbing, and mechanical repairs Basic computer skills and ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Ability to lift and/or carry 50+ lbs Flexibility to work overtime or occasional weekends when needed Why Join Us? 4-day workweek — Monday through Thursday Weekly pay Full benefits package available after 60 days Paid time off after 6 months — including your birthday off!
