The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance for multi-family and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-family facilities through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to uphold safety standards and enhance the overall functionality of our environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas assigned to him/her such as lobbies, staircases, bathrooms, and other building areas, as well as surrounding outer space Extending a professional, warm and respectful attitude towards customers by greeting them and ensuring that they feel welcome within the organization Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to implement preventive maintenance programs. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair. Familiarity with electrical systems Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients and tenants.
